We are here to provide you with innovative treatment options to assist in the improvement of your overall well-being. Our reason for this approach is to not limit ourselves to what we can do to help you get to your optimal level of psychological functioning.
An intensive outpatient addiction program (IOP) is a treatment offering structure while allowing a person to live at home. Some begin with an intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment program, or it could be step-down care following inpatient treatment. Both can be life-changing to a person’s recovery journey. Our intensive outpatient programs offer a structured and supportive environment that meets three days per week for approximately three hours of therapeutic contact and lasts 10-12 weeks. The focus of our program is to provide treatment for mental health challenges or reinforce relapse prevention and early recovery skills while expanding knowledge of learned coping strategies and techniques. We also offer medication management and understand that medications target only specific and limited aspects of mental health or substance use disorders. Pharmacotherapy, by itself, does not change lifestyles or restore the damaged functioning that accompanies most drug dependence or untreated mental health illnesses disrupting one’s daily life.
Our program heavily emphasizes processing current issues in the five dimensions of recovery (social, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual). Our expert team determines the specific length of time any individual remains in our IOP based on their personal needs, progress, and goals.
As with our day programming, it employs evidence-based treatment modalities and supportive services five days per week. Our structured program offers life skills and group therapy for those with mental health or substance use disorders. Our patients will also experience the benefits of wellness practices such as yoga and meditation. Not only do clients enjoy the physical activity and stress relief of yoga, but the tools of mindfulness gained through a weekly meditation practice have been shown to improve recovery outcomes and serve as critical coping skills in relapse prevention or mental health disturbance.
We will coordinate your treatment with your referring and current professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach that meets your individual needs to help you achieve a balanced life.
All new clients must complete an initial psychiatric evaluation. This is to learn about your current symptoms, past, and treatment goals. This may involve, with your permission, contacting providers or family members who know you well and may provide a richer perspective on your concerns. After the assessment, we will review evidence-based treatments and possible referrals to other providers to promote wellness. Appointment length may vary based on the information provided upon intake, the extent of psychiatric history, and other factors. With insurance, the average appointment time is up to 45 minutes. After extensive education, each decision about your treatment will be made together so that you feel comfortable and confident about your care and treatment plan.

These are follow-up appointments to evaluate the efficacy of the current treatment regimen and the prescribed medications. Appointment length is very individualistic, but patients typically expect up to a 20-minute appointment. Frequency is determined in collaboration with the client. Medication prescriptions are faxed or prescribed electronically per the receiving pharmacy's preference.

GeneSight is a pharmacogenomic test that analyzes clinically significant genetic variations in your DNA. The test results can inform your doctor about genes impacting how you metabolize or respond to certain medications. Classes of drugs include antidepressants, ADHD medications, mood stabilizers, anti-anxiety medications, and antipsychotics.
Over 95% of patients pay $330 or less for their GeneSight test. Medicaid and Medicare out-of-pocket costs are $0.
A QB test is an FDA-cleared tool to diagnose attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). This computer program combines concentration assessments with movement analysis to gauge your specific attention control and impulsivity tendencies.
The program compares the data from your individualized report with groups of your same gender and age to help determine whether you have ADHD. The goal is to evaluate how well you concentrate and perform specific tasks compared to individuals who don’t have ADHD.

Relapse prevention (RP) is a cognitive–behavioral approach to identifying and addressing high-risk situations for relapse and assisting individuals in maintaining desired behavioral changes.
Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) relies on FDA-approved medications to help manage opioid use disorder. The CDC, SAMHSA, and other federal agencies recommend MAT as the first-line treatment for managing Opioid use disorder (OUD) because it has better outcomes than any other treatment option. Rehabs fail 90% of the time when not followed by medication. MAT helps reduce cravings, decrease withdrawal symptoms, and significantly lower the chance of relapse and overdose. MAT is 6x more effective than rehab. There are several medications commonly prescribed for MAT. We typically use buprenorphine, commonly known as Suboxone, and Vivitrol, also known as Naltrexone. We do not offer Methadone.
A Recovery Coach promotes recovery and removes barriers and obstacles to recovery, serving as a personal guide and mentor for people seeking or already recovering from an addiction to alcohol and other drugs and providing support for individuals in recovery from an addiction to alcohol and other drugs.
Peer support occurs when people provide knowledge, experience, and emotional, social, or practical help to each other. It commonly refers to an initiative of trained supporters and can take several forms, such as peer mentoring, reflective listening, or counseling.
